On our second visit, we went for dinner plates. The star of this unusual offering is the green sauce - it is phenomenal. I always tried the huaraches, which is somewhat like a tostada but on a more substantial masa tortilla with asada, beans, onions, queso fresco, and green sauce. I had a shroom taco which included grilled chicken, mushrooms, and cheese. They were very flavorful and generously filled. My wife had a carnitas taco and a shrimp (camaron) taco, both on corn tortillas. The first visit at lunch time, we enjoyed tacos. It is located about a mile from our son's house, so on seperate. That is the case with One Night Taco Stand for us. If you live two hours away and eat at a restaurant twice in a week, it must be pretty darn good.
